Scope of activities expanded

TITECH, the one of the leading suppliers of sensor-aided sorting systems, and Austin Al, the USA-based manufacturer of energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) spectrometers, will cooperate in future. Due to this partnership, TITECH will expand their comprehensive range of sensors for sorting systems by integrating the EXDRF technology of Austin Al. In this way, the company ensures the material utilization of metals, plastic materials, paper, glass and wood. EDXRF is an analysis method, which is distinguished by high measuring accuracy and velocity as well as low operating costs. The most important feature of this technology is the possibility of non-destructive elemental analyses of the material to be sorted. Combining the EDXRF technology and TITECH’s software will further improve the efficiency of the sorting processes.
