GEMAC – Gesellschaft für Mikroelektronikanwendung Chemnitz mbH

The company Gemac, Gesellschaft für Mikroelektronikanwendung Chemnitz mbH, extends its stationary diagnosis unit. The CANobserver from Gemac is presented with three essential innovations: first of all the number of memory locations was quintupled. In the future 20 records with a storage capacity of altogether ten years will be available to the user instead of four records so far. Furthermore, the possibility of an e-mail notification was integrated. The diagnostic unit from Chemnitz is rounded off with the extension by the protocol SAE J1939. Measured data, such as the motor speed, pressure, temperature and other technical parameters are transmitted by means of the protocol via the bus.
