Flexible, mobile and professional

First developed 20 years ago as compact machines for rubble recycling, RUBBLE MASTER machines now carry out their services successfully in the field of natural stone, too. RUBBLE MASTER machines are used throughout the world in places where versatility, compactness and straightforward transportation are required. The easy-maintenance crushers from Austria are also used in quarries and gravel pits. Between 1 and 5 final aggregate sizes are made for roadbuilding in various combinations of mobile oversize aggregate separators and mobile RUBBLE MASTER screen systems. Fractions including 0–5 mm, 5–10 mm, 10–15 mm, 15–25 mm and oversize are produced in a single pass and used in the production of asphalt and concrete (among other things).

Numerous customers in North and South America, Africa, Asia and Europe rely on these proven technologies and also take advantage of this wide-ranging field of application by recycling and reusing construction debris such as rubble, concrete and asphalt on local job sites, thus saving transport costs as well. RUBBLE MASTER machines can process up to 150 000 t/year. Because RUBBLE MASTER customers also appreciate this high degree of flexibility in all corners of the globe it is essential that these parts of the world also have access to the RUBBLE MASTER Lifetime Support programme. RUBBLE MASTER service specialists are on the move worldwide to train service technicians at our customers‘ sites and at our dealerships to ensure our customers receive the best possible service. Service at RUBBLE MASTER is not just about trouble-free operation of the machinery, but also about advising customers on the best strategy to handle a wide range of applications. In addition, maintenance is minimised and servicing intervals extended thanks to the RUBBLE MASTER GO! Concept (Fig.).

Mobility is also playing a more and more significant role in the choice of machine: while previously this was a negligible factor, easy transport and compactness of the machine have become extremely important. Not just because only a compact machine can operate effectively in the jungle of inner cities due to space restrictions, but also because using a RUBBLE MASTER in areas that are difficult to access also has huge advantages if approach roads are narrow. RUBBLE MASTER machines weigh between 12 and 28 tonnes and guarantee high throughput, high quality final grains and thanks to the RUBBLE MASTER driveline concept it achieves high daily outputs at the lowest fuel consumption.
