High resolution material analyses

Thanks to the new Raman Imaging Microscope, material scientists, academic researchers and engineers can accelerate their research work and obtain deep insights into the application fields. This includes information regarding pharmaceutical formulations and life science up to the manufacture of semiconductors and geology. The microscope can be easily operated and produces impressive images for scientists at different experience levels. It is not necessary to learn its handling technique.

The Thermo Scientific DXRxi Raman Imaging Microscope was developed for the quick representation of molecular structures, chemical compositions and sample morphologies. It allows new insights with a high reliability, defects can be identified and the product quality can be confirmed. The users are able to analyse quickly due to the graphic user interface. The immediate visual feedback and the intuitive user interface make a distinction between this unit and other Raman microscopes. The DXRxi microscope can analyse large areas and displays the microscopic details within a few seconds.
