Mineral mixtures in great variety true to recipe, „tidy” handling and delivery areas as well as quick and safe clearance of collecting vehicles are the main advantages of the bulk dosing unit from König Aufbereitungstechnik. At the steinexpo 2014, the Berlin-based manufacturer presented, among others, his modular RD700 series. As an expandable stationary plant, an easily displaceable version on skids and - brand new - as four-chamber trailer, all RD700-versions are exactly adjusted to the requirements of construction material manufacturers with large delivery quantities and high delivery frequencies as well as with strict requirements regarding standardized quality and practical documentation (Fig.).

A decisive factor for the professional production of mineral mixtures ex works is their good integration into the other operating procedures in the quarry, gravel company or construction material depot. With 38 t each, the single chambers of the König bulk dosing units provide large supplies of originally produced batches and can be fed by existing large-scale equipment thanks to the loading width of 4 m. A lot of special equipment individually adjusts the König bulk dosing units to specific basic materials (coarsely crushed rock/ultra-fine grits). The material reaches the truck without any problems directly by a loading conveyor with powerful exhaust motors and a large transfer area. All recipes according to DIN or customer specification are stored in the SPS control system, which, on demand, enables the unmanned operation with complete documentation using easily operable driver terminals (customer card optionally). With hourly output rates of 720 t in continuous operation, the König bulk dosing units even copes with large peaks in demand. Moreover, König Aufbereitungstechnik also provided information about the respective rental service for medium-term utilization in extraction operations or large construction sites. As an equipment manufacturer with years of experience in the field of dosing and conveying, König also upgrades existing plants with their own technology or updates hardware and software of older dosing plants of other manufacturers.
