Trade fair success among specialists

A satisfied conclusion was drawn by those responsible at Bell
Equipment (Deutschland) GmbH following steinexpo 2014. Highly professional and decision-making competence of the trade fair visitors and encouraging interest in the dump truck technology and the extended range of services on show were registered over all four days. “Sold to …” – with this prominent label, the Bell B30E on show at the Bell stand was able to bid farewell to steinexpo. “The deal was done during the trade fair. One of our dealers was able to meet the urgent need of a customer at very short notice,” explains Andreas Heinrich, Sales Manager at Bell Equipment (Deutschland) GmbH since June 2014. “With its attractive design and specific technical solutions, our new E series struck a chord with many customers and it is our job to convince them of the long-term economic benefits.”

Product- and application-oriented services and customer service initiatives were another focus of the Bell Equipment presentation. “Our decision to send a Bell B40D from our hire fleet to the machine demo (Fig.) generated a lot of interesting contacts at the trade fair,” underlined Andreas Heinrich. “As a time-tested, but constantly updated model, our 40-tonne dump truck is predestined for hire service. Along with the 30-tonne dump truck typically used for earth moving, it forms the backbone of our own hire fleet.” The company’s commitment here is aimed at long-term hire for demanding applications, setting Bell apart from the typical hire business.

Comprehensive consulting concerning the application, efficient operator instruction and meticulous incoming and outgoing checks are also key aspects of what Andreas Heinrich describes as “rental ex works” being profitable for all involved, with which Bell Equipment Deutschland is developing another key line of business. “Owing to the constant renewal of the around 30 machines in our hire fleet, we also have extremely attractive used machines on offer.”
