Weighing and metering bulk solids
The roots of AViTEQ Vibrationstechnik GmbH stretch far back. The company was renamed in 1996 from AEG Vibrationstechnik GmbH (Frankfurt/Main) to AViTEQ Vibrationstechnik GmbH. Over the last 70 years, with the realization of over 300 000 plants worldwide, the company has therefore been able to amass considerable experience in vibration engineering and related processes. Core business since 1939 remains the supply of vibration equipment. It doesn’t matter whether bulk solids have to be discharged or fed, horizontally or vertically conveyed, screened or sized, separated, dewatered, arranged, cooled, heated or dried, compacted or shaken and loosened, AViTEQ Vibrationstechnik GmbH supplies a comprehensive range of equipment. With unbalance motors, magnetic vibrators, unbalance exciters and the dedicated control systems and other drive systems, AViTEQ provides an array of high-quality basic components for vibration conveying and handling technologies. In addition, AViTEQ offers worldwide full service for all AViTEQ and AEG systems in operation. True to the motto: “Focus on the customer application”, AViTEQ offers customers maximized scope for freely designable conveying routes with maximized safety and hygiene standards (DIN EN ISO 9001:2008).
Two years ago a joint venture was set up with Weiteq GmbH with the aim of serving the important market for weighing systems in bulk solids handling. With the set-up of Weiteq GmbH, strengths and competences can be pooled. At the core of the range of products and services are the components and turnkey systems in the weighing and feeding/metering of bulk solids for sector-specific applications. With numerous newly developed belt weigher feeders, belt weighers, loss-in-weight feeders and big-bag systems, the companies have the necessary basic products for this market and for a wide range of industries. The range is complemented with worldwide service for systems already in operation. Weiteq GmbH operates successfully with modern products and integrated plant solutions on the international market.
