HAZEMAG again supplies crushers for GOE/El Arish – Phase II (Beni Suef)
Government of Egypt (GOE) again ordered crushers at HAZEMAG for their cement works. The 6 new cement lines of each 6000 t/d will be supplied by Chengdu Design & Research Institute of Building Materials Industry. GEO’s good experiences gained with the impact crushers, roll crushers, hammer crushers, apron feeders and roller screens supplied by HAZEMAG to all other cement lines of GOE induced them to once again place an order for their new lines of crushers and apron feeders.
In this connection HAZEMAG supplies 6 apron feeders HAF 22116 with spillage conveyor and 6 primary impact crushers HPI 2025 for each 1200 t/h of limestone with a feed size of up to 1500 mm. This plant crushes the limestone to D95 < 75 mm. In addition HAZEMAG supplies 6 apron feeders HAF 1480 with spillage conveyor and 6 double roll crushers HRC 0816 for crushing each 400 t/h of clay with a feed size of up to 500 mm to D95 < 75 mm, as well as 3 HGI 1420 gypsum impact crusher for crushing 350 t/h of gypsum with a feed size of up to 800 mm to D90 < 40 mm.
