Crusher for universal application

Since their founding dsb Innocrush has had only one intention: the development of machines for recycling- and natural stone processing, which combine power and output with robustness and reliability. The result will be presented at the steinexpo 2011. The mobile impact crushers are convincing due to their large output capacity, compact design and simple handling.

The Innocrush 30 (Fig.) with a gross weight of 29.4 tons is universally applicable and is convincing with a throughput capacity of up to 300 tons/hour. Hard or soft stones, demolition material or asphalt – the Innocrush 30 shows almost no fatigue during heavy operation. Special features of the Innocrush 30 are the compact transport dimensions, which allow transport without a special permit, as well as high mobility, which ensures quick installation for operation and high flexibility when changing from one field to the other.

In the dsb standard package, features like remote control, magnetic metal separator, side discharge conveyor, diesel filling pump and dust suppression system are already included – dsb delivers a fully-equipped machine with no additional costs. An application engineer for training is also included.

dsb Innocrush machines are continuously enhanced and customers requests are incorporated – so the Innocrush 30 is now equipped with a longer main conveyor belt with a discharge height of 3.2 m. The user-friendliness and ease of maintenance of this machine has been upgraded due to the fully hydraulically lowerable main conveyor belt and the hydraulically foldable motor housing.
