Highly wear-resistant pumps

IST-Pumpen und Dosiertechnik GmbH is a company in the IST Group, with many years of experience in slurry and gravel dredge pump systems. IST-Pumpen recently widened its range of heavy-duty slurry and gravel dredge pumps, which it manufactures in collaboration with a partner in a highly wear-resistant system.

The IST-Pumpen series R‑AH+M, M-AH+M and M‑HH as well as M-G+H are available in heavy-duty design with hydrodynamic shaft seals or gland packing with sealing water. The shaft seal can be optionally fitted with a double seal. For these pumps, various material linings, such as chrome steel, SIC stone cast or natural rubber (Figs. 1-3) are available to meet different requirements. The range also includes the RL and ML series in a medium-heavy-duty design lined with natural rubber or chrome steel as well as the MSP and RSP series. These are sump pumps with a cantilever shaft in packingless design, the wear parts also made of chrome steel or natural rubber. As the sizes are identical, the pump components of the series described can also be used in Warman^® pumps. Furthermore, IST-Pumpen und Dosiertechnik GmbH will soon be supplying hydrocyclones, including accessories, such as valves, back pressure valves, suitable rubber compensators, rubber and dredging hoses, dredging pipes with 12 mm water column in the grade X52 as well as pump controls, manometers, etc. If requested, the pumps are supplied ready for use, with electric motor, frequency control, v-belt drive or clutch or alternatively with diesel motor.
