The processing and transhipment of bulk solids as well as the storage and recycling of valuable materials, such as plastic, paper, wood and metal, are frequently connected with an enormous dust formation. The dust can be effectively suppressed by means of water spray. The company terz GmbH with headquarters in Kirchberg/Hunsrück region offers the patented product Nebolex® Umwelttechnik. This is a stationary or mobile spray system that runs reliably even during continuous operation. The most different projects have already been implemented in quarries, in tunnelling as well as in paper and metal recycling.
The water is split into very fine droplets by means of compressed air in self-priming spray heads when using the stationary Nebolex® Umwelttechnik system. The larger total surface of the water thus formed makes it possible to agglutinate essentially more dust particles swirling in the air and to reduce the dust generation to a minimum.
Thus, a spray wall can be built up exactly during the dust generation. The volatile dust absorbs moisture when penetrating the spray barrier, falls down due to increased weight and is further processed. Another possibility is to direct the spray jet into the material, the dust-active material is penetrated and the dust is agglutinated before its generation. Both alternatives for dust agglutination can also be combined without any problem.
The range of performance of Nebolex® Umwelttechnik (Fig.) ensures an individual complete solution as a modular design. The patented lined spray strips with integrated spray heads, which are selected for each plant, are arranged in such a way that the water vapour is generated exactly at the desired position. It is possible to generate water vapour during an adjusted time via potential-free contacts, radio remote control or sensors.
The spray turbine Nebolex® Indoor with binary system is the latest technical development from Nebolex®. The spray turbine is manufactured for installation on hall ceilings or on vertical steel beams. It can be swivelled horizontally to the right and to the left. The angle of inclination can be adjusted and controlled by means of remote control. Thus, a spray layer over a large area can be generated. The dust agglutination machine is equipped with spray heads of proven quality. Clogging is prevented due to the large cross-section of the self-priming spray heads. There are no water nozzles.
