Hose squeeze valves and hose diaphragm valves

Franz Dürholdt GmbH & Co. KG offers hose squeeze valves and hose diaphragm valves in the size range from DN 15 to DN 300 including flanged connection PN 10 and, in part, with sleeve connection in the lower nominal diameter range. Depending on the requirements the valves are equipped with different control systems, i.e. manually operated, pneumatic diaphragm control drives or switch drives including integrated safety positions, electric actuating mechanisms, double-acting piston drives and
direct compressed-air control or hydraulic control. Solenoid valves, positioners, admission-pressure regulators etc. are used as control components (Fig.).
As casing materials they offer grey cast iron, light alloys, special steel and plastic. Depending on the application, the hose materials can be supplied in different quality alternatives for temperatures of up to +120 °C and for operating pressures of up to 6 bar. The valves can be used in many fields, e.g. for aggressive, corrosive and neutral liquids, highly viscous mediums, pastes and sludges, solids-bearing materials, granulates and powders, granular and ceramic materials or also bulk solids and pulverulent products.
The valves cover a large range of demand and applications and are especially distinguished by a free and smooth passage without deflection, absolute tightness, flexible sealing, high resistance to wear and corrosion, easy handling, low maintenance costs and flexible procurement of spare parts with exchangeable hose inserts. Another decisive advantage is the long-term availability of the fittings and spare parts as well as quick delivery frequencies.
