It’s over

Dear Readers

It seems as thought the year is almost over. December is flying by in no time at all.  This is not only because of Christmas. All the piles of papers on the desk still have to be taken care of, there are a lot of Christmas parties to attend and, of course, some Christmas presents  still to be wrapped – not to mention the culinary aspect of the holidays. Nevertheless, the editorial board of AT MINERAL PROCESSING hope that you will find some time  to read about the new titanium deposits to be opened up in Paraguay (p. 44) or the drying and  subsequent cooling of sands (p. 36). Under the  heading “Focus Industry” (from p. 13) some  interesting and exciting contributions are waiting for you, covering the topics conveying, gravel and sand as well as laboratory analysis.

We wish you a  happy and peaceful Christmas season and a good start into the year 2015! At the same time, for the coming year we would again like to welcome authors as enthusiastic about writing as in the past and naturally also interested readers!

Have a good time

Dr. Petra Strunk
