MTG

MTG announces the launching of a new range of hammerless front bucket protectors for its acclaimed system ProMet. The new designs, which will be available as of February at MTG’s distribution network, represent a step forward in the range of protectors, with a series of innovations and improvements that also include a wider range of available products, both for excavators (38 new references) and for loaders (6 new references) depending on the different blade thicknesses and shroud widths. The new MTG ProMet II improves the previous models by having one single upper base instead of two, allowing the allocation of more wear material in the front part of the shroud and thus increasing its wear life, improving penetration, extending the bucket life and reducing machine downtimes.

MTG is a multinational company that specializes in the manufacturing of teeth, adapters, protectors, and locking devices for earth-moving machinery. MTG is internationally present, with two head offices (Barcelona, and Houston). The distribution network covers Europe, Africa, Middle East, North America, Oceania, South America and Asia. Originally founded in Premià de Mar/Spain, the desire to be globally present has become a reality, and today more than 300 distributors in 60 countries guarantee a quality service to all the customers. Each new ProMet II size is available in three formats for the bucket lip: Central, Left and Right, with specific angles designed to cover the needs of the main markets. However, new designs and references might be developed in the future to cover other markets’ specific needs.
