innocrush 30 - Mobile crushing technology for Switzerland

The Swiss entrepreneur Peter Grob once again opted for the mobile crushing technology from dsb innocrush. Already 2014, the successful Austrian company dsb Maschinenbau GmbH, headquartered in Linz, delivered an innocrush 30 to the customer Grob Abbruch Recycling in Huttwil/Switzerland. Just as 3 years ago, the new innocrush 30, after close explorations of all manufacturers in its weight class, convinced by the unbeatable combination of reliability, economy and unrivaled performance in the toughest jobs.

The new innocrush 30 with return conveyor is currently used for the treatment of building waste. “The dsb-plant is immediately ready for use, extremely straightforward to handle and is characterized by unbeatable performance. The innocrush 30 thus fulfils all my requirements once again!” Managing Director Peter Grob praises his recent investment. A major technical improvement in the new plant series is the flow of material through the plant. This could be significantly improved by various modifications along the conveying path through the machine. With a feed grain size of 0-800 mm and a final grain size of 50-110 mm, the machine with a CAT C7 engine perform a throughput of 300 t/h despite the lowest diesel consumption of well below 20 l/h.

dsb innocrush - represented in Switzerland by Giegold Recycling GmbH, remains faithful to its corporate philosophy: Simple operation and no electrics that is often more fault-prone than helpful are still most important features. “Efficient working with the machine - on the construction site as well as during loading and transport - had the highest priority in the further development of the product range,” explains the CEO of the Upper Austrian successful company Dipl.-Ing. Dieter Durstmüller.

With the compact size and a total weight of 27.8 t, the dsb-plant can be transported without special permission. The screen box is2 with the slewable return conveyor remains attached to the machine during transport that saves transport costs and increases the profitability of the machine.
