Parker Conflow demonstrates latest technology at Hillhead

In 2016 Parker Conflow will be exhibiting its innovative range of dust suppression and filtration equipment for quarries and cement plants at the Hillhead exhibition. Brigitte Pennington, Business Development Manager at Parker Conflow, said: “Responsible quarries are taking notice of HSE guidance and implementing dust suppression systems to reduce risks association with Respirable Crystalline Silica. We will be demonstrating both our dust suppression and filtration products, suitable for operating in harsh, dusty quarry environments, at Hillhead.”

Parker Conflow specialises in industries that operate in rugged and extreme environments. Its dust suppression equipment can, e.g., be located on conveyor belt line transfer points, roadway headings and limestone faces (Fig.). The company’s filtration equipment helps to filter out contaminants in mines and quarries that could affect safety or machine performance.
