SCHEUCH Group points the way ahead for growth

A new company structure and a reorientation of the management will ensure a profitable growth of the SCHEUCH Group in the future. Alois Scheuch hands over the responsibility of the group of companies to his son Stefan Scheuch. Within the SCHEUCH GmbH, Jörg Jeliniewski takes over the departments from Herbert Kendler, who leaves the company after more than 15 years of successful work (Fig.).

During a factory meeting on 19 September 2013, the 79-year-old company’s founder Alois Scheuch announced that he is handing over the responsibility for the group to the next generation after 50 successful years. Stefan Scheuch takes over the resulting tasks and authorities. In the future, the SCHEUCH Holding headed by Stefan Scheuch will be responsible for the strategic further development of the whole group as regards the environmental engineering. The focus of the SCHEUCH GmbH is on the global core business of air pollution abatement.

With Jörg Jeliniewski, who will succeed Herbert Kendler as managing director of the company, SCHEUCH gains a very experienced manager for the further development of the SCHEUCH GmbH. The 51-year-old manager worked for the Düsseldorf-based GEA Group AG for more than 20 years, where he was one of those responsible for the development of the GEA Group into one of the global players in machine building and plant construction. Most recently he was the responsible board member for the division ‘heat exchanger’ with a turnover of approx. 1.6 bn € with about 7500 employees.
