Russia’s bulk solids industry will meet in St. Petersburg
The SOLIDS Russia 2015 is part of the SOLIDS European Series, Europe’s largest trade fair group for bulk solids technologies. For the first time it will take place in St. Petersburg from 27 to 28 May 2015. With SOLIDS Russia 2015, Easyfairs will combine a scientific conference and a trade fair under the same roof. It will be a high-calibre meeting place for suppliers of powder and bulk solids technologies as well as for representatives of the mining, chemical, food, plastics and building materials industries, for transportation and logistics, metal and wood working as well as plant construction and machine building in St. Petersburg.
The region of St. Petersburg is the most important transhipment point in Russia for bulk solids and is one of the hottest selling investment locations in the country for companies from the bulk solids sector. Consequently, this topic will also be reflected at the congress. The specific features of the handling and storage of bulk solids, powders and granular materials will be described in detail by leading experts in lectures and presentations.
In addition to the congress dealing with the handling and storage of bulk solids, the 1st Russian Fire and Explosion Protection Congress in cooperation with the IN DEX® (Intercontinental Association of Experts for Industrial Explosion Protection) will also take place for the first time. With a strong focus on practice, examples of explosions and fires will be shown, the causes analyzed and protective measures discussed. Furthermore, the German-Russian Chamber of Foreign Trade will organize its general meeting for the first time at the SOLIDS Russia 2015 on 27 May 2015. The members are representatives of the Russian economy as well as representatives of German companies.
