With a comprehensive range of services from planning to production and assembly to after-sales service, the company offers its customers widespread support. The absolute core competence lies in the implementation of stationary primary crushing plants. For an even more efficient utilisation of finite rock resources, the company has developed the finger roller screen. This powerful screening machine is individually designed for each application and can process up to 700 t/h, with feed sizes of up to 250 mm.

An impressive example for the use of this special machine can be found at Baresel GmbH & Co. KG. Due to its success, the second finger roller screen has already been installed there in the same pre-screening plant. Here, screenings with a processing capacity of up to 250 t/h are treated. The most recent sieve analyses have shown a real progress in dry processing with the finger roller screen. For the first time, reliable screening of the fraction 0 – 8 mm with a feed grain size of 0 – 25 (X) mm could be documented.

The finger roller screen is an important part of rock technology. Its continuous further development thus plays a decisive role in the future development of efficiency and productivity in the processing of mineral raw materials.
