Quarry and mining dewatering will be another major topic at the booth. Pumps used in these environments are exposed to highly abrasive media while handling large flow volumes, placing exceptional demands on durability and wear resistance. Tsurumi’s KRS series is designed to meet these challenges. Featuring low-speed motors and heavy-duty cast iron casings, the pumps deliver long service life even under continuous operation in harsh conditions. Where water must be conveyed over longer distances, the LH series provides an effective solution by combining high heads with a robust design, making it well suited to large-scale quarrying and mining operations. Tsurumi will showcase the KRS822 and LH25.5W models at steinexpo.

The exhibit will be rounded off by a range of portable 230 V construction pumps for sewage, sludge and residual dewatering applications, capable of pumping down to a residual water level of just 1 mm.
