Wheel loader console XR 4309 Generation II

Complete integration into the digital data process flow, a digital delivery note as well as fast and trouble-free interaction between delivery coordination and construction site delivery or material collection ex works – these are the most important advantages of the latest Generation II of the XR 4309 wheel loader console. The main areas of application are found in gravel and ballast works.

The development of this high-tech product by PRAXIS EDV Betriebswirtschaft- und Software-Entwickung AG from Pferdingsleben in Thuringia dates back to 2015. “We started at a customer’s site to transfer the data from the wheel loader scales installed there to a console and to connect it directly to the enterprise resource planning system used there at the time,” Beate Volkmann looks back. In principle, however, this technology can be integrated into any modern ERP system, whereby the connection to the company’s own software solution WDV2022 TEAM naturally works best, explains the director of PRAXIS EDV.

This digital management of the most important data in real time provides a much better overview and a significant saving in working time and paper. This is because all the necessary delivery note data such as orders, customers, construction sites, articles and feed types are directly available via different match codes as well as filter functions and can be called up directly by the wheel loader driver with little effort. Manual entries and a permanent price check of the wheel loader delivery notes in the administration are largely no longer necessary, as the delivery note data record is transferred directly to WDV2022 TEAM, SAP or other central merchandise management systems. Of course, today’s console integration works without problems with the most diverse weighing systems such as Pfreundt WK 60 or BARK in connection with vehicle or chip card recognition systems as well as fully automated weighing by integrated stationary entry scales without persons.

The whole thing is made convenient by an electronic ordering function, which can be processed online by the customer via the web or by his site manager on site using a corresponding site manager app. To ensure that all parties involved are connected to the delivery process in a timely manner, the delivery notes are not only sent to the head office for invoicing, but also online to the delivery vehicles and the construction site. The driver receives his freight order with the material loading data as well as the driving order. The site manager or foreman immediately sees when his vehicle was loaded with which material, which route was used and the estimated time of arrival at the construction site. The delivery note is either already signed electronically, but can also be provided in paper form if required.

“Today’s Generation II of the XR 4309 model is so flexible that completely individual processes can be integrated,” says Beate Volkmann. For example, customer-specific existing processes could be optimally adapted to the factory loading processes and fully integrated. Interested parties can also take a closer look at this product in a newly created virtual trade fair at www.praxis-edv.de/virtuelle_messe. According to Beate Volkmann, PRAXIS EDV developed this platform especially in order to present the processes around the WDV2022 TEAM, which are often not simple, more vividly and thus more comprehensible.
