Powerscreen has appointed Hugh Brennan as new Technical Support Manager. Having previously worked in a wide variety of roles in the UK and North America for Powerscreen over an eleven year period, Hugh Brennan re-joins Powerscreen in this new position. He has since spent six years working in a Customer Support role with the Blue Machinery Group, UK and brings considerable experience of end user support requirements when working with Powerscreen® products. Hugh Brennan will be responsible for the development of the Technical Helpdesk, Service Training, Service Engineers and Warranty Systems to enhance the level of OEM support to the Global Dealer Network. By providing class-leading training, support and systems to the dealers of Powerscreen, they will be able to provide the customers with strong local technical support solutions to meet their needs.
