Special ramp for loading rock crushers

This year too BUTT is presenting its loading ramps at its trade fair stand at CeMAT in Hanover from 19.-23.05.2014. At the beginning of the year, the company developed and delivered a special ramp for loading rock crushers to an Austrian manufacturer. For this special ramp, the objective was to find a solution for smooth loading of construction machines with cantilevered belt conveyors onto semi-trailers.

Thanks to a steep drive-on plate and a low-angle ramp, the rock crushers can be safely and easily transferred onto the transport vehicle in an almost horizontal position. The drive-on plate is designed with a non-slip herringbone pattern and the driving surface fitted with heavy-duty timber for tracked vehicles. The ramp has a working load of 40 t, is height-adjustable and moveable.
