Focusing on the German market

While other companies are closing their German external sales services, HAVER & BOECKER is investing in its sales channels with its own company. In order to focus even more strongly on the needs of German customers and to be able to respond more quickly to customer requests, HAVER & BOECKER has brought together its entire German sales force and all national activities into its newly founded HAVER & BOECKER Deutschland. The company began operating on July 1st of this year. Its Managing Director Burkhard Reploh, was previously the head of the Building Materials and Minerals Division at HAVER & BOECKER. The new company is based at the parent company in Oelde, Germany.

"The German customers are rather special. With their technical enthusiasm, these customers in particular inspire many of our innovations. Therefore we aim to further intensify our activities in Germany and as a result have founded a company which focusses exclusively on the requirements of our German customers,” says Florian Festge, Managing Partner of HAVER & BOECKER. “These measures will strengthen the German market, which for us is the largest single market despite our export share of 75 %.”

 

HAVER & BOECKER Deutschland represents the entire product and service spectrum of HAVER & BOECKER and the technology brands of HAVER & BOECKER NIAGARA, IBAU Hamburg, Sommer, Feige FILLING, BEHN + BATES and NEWTEC. This includes machines, systems for complete value-adding chains and service products in the field of processing technology, silo technology, mixing, filling and packing technology as well as palletizing and loading technology and automation in the cement, construction materials, chemicals, food and processing sectors.

 

The newly founded company focuses on German customer and market needs and thus forms the bridge to all central departments of the HAVER & BOECKER business units and technology subsidiaries. "During the entire process – from inquiry to successful plant operation – the customer has a permanent contact and can rely on the entire expertise of HAVER & BOECKER," explains Reploh. The area managers are assigned to the German regions of North, East and South. A dedicated service rounds out the team and acts as a link to all service units across Germany.
