• MyFPT App and dongle, to view engine data in real time, predict failures, and check technical manuals at a glance. The App also allows for immediate support to be requested when required.
• Proactive Assistance (PAS) for 24/7 engine monitoring, automatic alerts, repair guidelines, and pre-loaded engine-specific maintenance plans. It also allows performance monitoring across the fleet.
• Remote Assistance (RAS), through which end-customers can solve DTC errors via remote intervention, or receive rapid assistance from the FPT network.
• Proactive Assistance and Remote Assistance can also be paired: the Connectivity Bundle combines telematic monitoring, digital diagnostics, and remote intervention.
