In this new role, Wilcox will work closely with Superior’s dealer network to support development and business planning, coordinate marketing efforts, and align training, inventory, and sales strategies with company goals. “One of the primary objectives of Wilcox’s position is to give Superior’s territory managers more time to focus on field-based selling – with boots on the ground – working directly alongside dealer sales teams,” says Jeff Gray, Superior’s sales director.
Wilcox brings nearly three decades of experience in the aggregates and wood reduction industries. Most recently, he served as sales and marketing director for CBI and Ecotec, two divisions of Terex, where he also held a role as product manager. He began his career as a service technician for Simplicity, another Terex brand, in 1997.
Furthermore, Superior Industries, Inc. is deepening its partnership with Rock Machinery. Effective immediately, the Wisconsin-based dealer adds Superior’s wet processing equipment to its portfolio in Wisconsin, Illinois, and the western half of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Already representing Superior’s crushing and screening lines, Rock Machinery now supports the full spectrum of aggregate processing equipment – crushing, screening, and washing – for wet and dry applications. “Rock Machinery has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to serving customers with strong technical knowledge and best in class responsiveness,” says Jeff Gray, Director of Sales at Superior. “They know the market well, and this next step just makes sense.”
Superior’s washing portfolio includes a wide range of equipment for scrubbing, classifying, rinsing, dewatering, and water recycling. These products, combined with Rock Machinery’s established field support, will help aggregate producers in the region meet their production goals with greater confidence and reliability.
The Rock Machinery team is based in Allenton, Wisconsin, with additional coverage throughout the region.
