CRACO: One specialist – 1000 possibilities
The customers of the medium-sized business from the Westerwald region are satisfied as regards their visit to the Recycling Aktiv 2015. The good discussions with the CRACO representatives confirmed the success of the CRACO solutions in practice. The medium-sized wear parts specialist presented an extract from its many possibilities. The customers received an insight into the great variety of products: from the excavator tooth to blade systems and up to complete components, CRACO presented solutions to improve the profitability of machinery and equipment. The most different rotors with various comminution concepts, both as new units and refurbished ones, were a special eyecatcher for the visitors.
“CRACO offer all solutions to their customers from one source. All departments in our company cooperate very closely. For example, the field and indoor services are very closely networked,” said Erich Schönenberg, the Managing Director. The field representatives advise the customers at site and analyse locally the corresponding wear situation of the machinery and equipment. Then, the CRACO representatives together with the customers develop the optimum solution for wear protection. The parts of CRACOX steel needed are manufactured true to size in the in-house workshop. However also other successful innovations, such as bolted wear components that can be replaced more quickly, are generated in the think tank of CRACO. Sales manager Frank Burbach explained: “We are the competent for the operators regarding their requirements concerning all kinds of wear issues – from the simple lining to refurbishing of attachments and up to a completely optimized plant. It is important for us to support the projects of the customers locally and, if necessary, to optimize them based on our experience.”
