Once more BAUMA Munich is round the corner. The world's leading trade fair for construction machinery, building material and mining machinery, as well as construction vehicles and equipment is taking place this year for the 33rd time.
We, Emil Gisler AG/GIPO AG, will exhibit innovative plants and components from our versatile product range. We will have on show three different tracked impact crushing plants from GIPO. See the proven GIPO P 090 GIGA and GIPO P 100 GIGA. This duo will be complemented by the unique, brand-new GIPO P 131 GIGA with longitudinal ferrous metal discharge and electrical drive concept GIPOGREEN.

GIPOGREEN
With GIPOGREEN technology you receive a compact, electrically powered, mobile crushing plant that leaves nothing to be desired due to its clever design. GIPOGREEN technology combines protection of the environment with cost effectiveness. There are no direct exhaust emissions due to the electrical drive. For this reason this drive technology offers the perfect combination of performance and flexible work processes. High efficiency, low maintenance, as well as reduced noise are only a few of the advantages of GIPOGREEN technology.
GIPO P 131 GIGA
This plant is equipped with our GIPOGREEN drive technology, which has been in use successfully for many years. The electrical drive concept with external supply of electrical power permits CO2-free operation and combines protection of the environment with cost effectiveness. The key features of the plant are the very robust, powerful impact crusher P 131, the longitudinal ferrous metal discharge with permanent magnet, the large 2-deck screening machine 1,500 x 5,500 mm and the extensively proven air classifier system in the oversize material circuit and in the lower deck. With the integrated air classification (light material separation), light materials such as wood, plastic and other light foreign materials are efficiently blown out of the material flow using a special air nozzle and in this way a purer, higher quality end product produced.
GIPO P 100 GIGA
This plant has the innovative crusher direct drive with its very low fuel consumption and very high cost effectiveness. Other special features are the well-proven, powerful impact crusher type P 100 and the large screening machine 1,500 x 4,500 mm (optional: 2-deck 1,500 x 5,000 mm). With many customer-specific technical highlights, the plant impresses as a complete package.
GIPO P 090 GIGA
The tracked impact crusher impresses with its compact design, low transport weight and 2-deck pre-screening. The plant is equipped with the impact mill P 90, the proven crusher discharge with discharge channel, a large and very powerful final screening machine 1,300 x 3,000 mm and integrated oversize material return.
