Precise dosing

S.S.T. Schüttguttechnik GmbH introduces on the German market a new Fine dosing high precision – Micro Feeder which enables a dosing accuracy of 0,1 mg (Fig.). These feeders are the first on the market to reach such levels of excellence in term of accuracy, short dosing time and flexibility. Thanks to their reliability they can be applied in industrial applications with high demands.

 

The ingredient is dosed in a small swiveling bowl fitted on an accurate load cell. With load processors can be controlled two dosing velocities (high velocity during 95 % of the dosing) in order to reach a short dosing time and to secure an optimal precision. At the end of the dosing cycle the rotating bowl scale is emptied by a 180 °-rotation. Numerous recipes can be stored by the load processor and the bowl values can be transferred to the PC. The quick emptying through a second exit as well as the quick dismantling are facilitating the handling of the dosing device.
