First international Rockster Dealers Day – Exchange of experience and networking

For more than a decade the Austrian manufacturer of crushing and screening plants Rockster Recycler is represented on the market and has already built up a respectable dealer network. To connect these partners and to thank them for the excellent cooperation, as well as for celebrating the 10th anniversary of the first delivery of a Rockster plant, Rockster took the opportunity to invite all dealers to Ennsdorf for the first international Rockster Dealers Day (Fig. 1).

Core values, motivation and feedback

With a retrospective of the company, Wolfgang Kormann, CEO of Rockster Recycler, officially opened the event, talking about the impressive development of the company during the last 11 years. Sales manager Norbert Feichtinger informed about typical Rockster advantages, new sales support tools and news in machine development. The innovation and implementation of customer requirements have been illustrated by the technicians Manuel Hölzl and Thomas Atteneder with examples such as the unique hybrid impact crusher R1100DE and the further optimized screenbox RS114. At the end of the informative morning session, experiences were exchanged in different workshops and suggestions for improvement were discussed.

The afternoon started with a live demonstration of the Rockster R1100DS, which unites known Rockster benefits like the hydrostatic drive, the easy handling and good accessibility with new features such as continuous, fully hydraulic gap adjustment or automatic and continuous control of the conveying speed (Fig. 2). The machine is also equipped with the unique screening system with double-functional return-/stockpile belt. The return belt can also be used as a stockpile conveyor with a discharge height of approximately 4 m. Moreover the R1100DS can already be delivered in accordance with the latest emissions standard with the motor Tier 4f and can be transported without disassembling of the screening system and without special transport permit (Fig. 3).

A growing Rockster family

Loyalty, ambition, honesty, courage to invest and reliability are Rockster’s core values for a long-term and stable partnership. Rockster dealers can identify with these values. This excellent atmosphere was also reflected in the event.  Wolfgang Kormann comments the event: “We appreciate the commitment and dedication of every Rockster dealer. At the dealers day we wanted to show them that we are already a strong and very international community. The feedback from our partners is more than positive and the motivation is really noticeable. We are proud of our constant development and are looking forward to new international family members.”
