Innocrush 35 including mounted screen box IS2 bought directly at the stand

The first newly developed innocrush 35 including oversize screening IS2 and a new design was sold directly at the bauma (Fig.) due to the positive response. The machine was delivered to the company Georg Müller e.K. Transportbetonwerke und Betonfertigteilwerk, which was founded in 1956. The plant delivered by dsb innocrush, the specialist for crushers with a capacity of 30 to 50 tons, will now be used for crushing defective concrete parts. Furthermore, the impact mill will be used in the partner company of Kieswerk Kohler GmbH to crush wacke of the sizes 32/X. Various kinds of crushed chippings and gravel for road construction can be produced with various sets of screens. At present, the screening plant has a mesh width of 45 mm so that crushed chippings of 0/45 or frost blanket gravel of 0/45 mm can be produced in one operation.

For the future they are also planning to use a machine driven by a CAT C9 with 261 kW to crush recycling material. The innocrush 35 has an output of up to 350 t/h with its compact dimensions and a dumping height of 3.4 m of the main discharge belt and of 2.96 m of the screen box. The screening surface has the optimum dimension of 1.5 x 2.8 m. The standard screens are delivered with a mesh width of 63 mm. However, the mesh width may also be defined by the customer.
