Large order for plant construction

Recently a renowned German manufacturer from the lime and gypsum industry placed a large order with the Münster-based HAVER NIAGARA GmbH. Soon a turnkey plant for primary and secondary crushing of limestone will be installed in the East of Russia with a value of several million €.

The above order comprises a new primary and secondary crushing plant consisting, amongst other things, of the feed bin, apron conveyor, screening machines, crushing equipment, steel structure, conveying equipment and the control system. The scope of services also comprises the coordination of the erection, the commissioning and the sustainable support by the service department. The complete plant will be designed for the difficult local climatic conditions – temperatures of up to -40 °C are certainly possible. Thus, smooth production is ensured even with the most adverse temperatures. The commissioning of the complete plant is scheduled for autumn 2015.
