Quality and Profitability

Mechanical separation is an important process in which Flottweg decanters and disc stack centrifuges assume key functions. They clarify liquids, separate two liquids, classify solids, sort solid mixtures, and dewater liquid-solid suspensions. Flottweg Decanters and disc stack centrifuges deliver an optimal performance. They excel in flexibility, high separation efficiency, and optimum yield, thus providing excellent quality and profitability. At the ACHEMA 2009 Flottweg AG presents itself with a disc stack centrifuge AC 2000 (Fig.) and a decanter Z6E. Both centrifuges can be purged with inert gas and installed in explosion hazardous areas. They are in compliance with the regulations ATEX 95 (for Europe) and IEC for class I, division 2 and group D.
