With German participation at a shared stand
7th WasteTech 2011, Moscow/Russia (31.05.–03.06.2011)
From 31.05.-03.06.2011, WasteTech will take place at the Crocus Exhibition Center in Moscow for the seventh time. The event is held in a biennial cycle and is the leading Russian environment trade fair with the exhibition sections Waste & Recycling Engineering, Air Pollution Control, Soil Remediation, Waste Water and Sludge Treatment, Municipal Engineering and Road Cleaning Services. The trade fair is supported by the Russian government and some Russian ministries, such as the Ministry of Raw Materials and the Ministry of Regional Development.
The development of this environmental fair has been formidable. At the 2009 event it impressed with 6270 trade visitors and 287 exhibitors from 24 countries, making it the largest Russian trade fair of its type. 29 German companies were represented, 16 of which exhibited at the German pavilion. As in the past, the German participation has, on the initiative of the VDMA, again been included in the foreign trade fairs and exhibitions programme of the Federal Republic of Germany.
