In a world where the demand for critical minerals is accelerating and the pressure to drive sustainability is reshaping entire industries, one question looms large, "what does the future of mineral processing look like?"
IMPC 2026 is your opportunity to be part of that answer.
This landmark event will bring together the global mineral processing community in Cape Town, South Africa, for a gathering focused on innovation, collaboration, and knowledge exchange. With over 1000 delegates expected from around 50 countries, the congress will unite top academics, industry leaders, and technology providers to explore the latest advancements in mineral processing.
Call for Abstracts
Authors are invited to submit abstracts in the general area of mineral and metallurgical processing. Please visit the IMPC 2026 website to see the listing of Congress Technical Streams.
The overall Congress Theme is “Empowering a future-fit mineral processing industry”. Abstracts which are aligned with this overall theme will be considered for one of the twelve special technical workshops, but all abstracts of suitable technical merit are welcome.
