Finlay at CONEXPO CON/AGG 2026

Finlay®, a global leader in mobile crushing, screening and conveying equipment, will present a showcase of innovation at CONEXPO CON/AGG 2026, featuring the 883+ Mobile Scalping Screener and the J 1280 Jaw Crusher, alongside a series of digital previews, interactive experiences and visitor engagements. Both machines, which will be shown on the Terex Booth in the Silver Lot (SV2357) at the Las Vegas Convention Center from March 3 to 7, 2026, form part of a comprehensive display that highlights Finlay’s commitment to productivity, efficiency, operator safety and next generation digital technology.

The Finlay® 883+ is an adaptable heavy duty screen capable of processing up to 600 t/h across applications such as quarry overburden, mining materials, construction and demolition waste, sand, gravel, compost, topsoil and coal. The machine features a 4.8 m x 1.5 m top and bottom deck screen, each onboard conveyor is powered by a separate hydraulic circuit, and its 900 mm fines conveyor and banana profile bottom deck maximise fines screening efficiency. The screenbox discharge end can be raised by 500 mm to allow easier media changes, and fully reversible side conveyors offer operational flexibility. The model is available in both hybrid configuration (allowing operation via an external power supply or onboard engine) and an electric powered version (launched last year), which further enhances sustainability and lowers operating costs. The machine on display reflects ongoing investment in user focused improvements, including a redesigned feeder with hydraulically folding and locking extensions for rear feeding by wheel loader, and a hopper now manufactured from wear resistant steel with optional linings for added durability.

Complementing the 883+ will be the J 1280 Jaw Crusher, engineered to provide excellent capacity in a transport friendly package. Positioned between the J 1175 and the larger J 1480, the J 1280 features a 1200 mm x 820 mm) Terex® single toggle jaw chamber that delivers robust performance in hard rock applications. Its hydrostatic drive system enables continuous reverse operation for rapid, safe blockage clearing without requiring personnel to work at height or conduct lock out/tag out procedures. With transport optimised weight and multiple feed in configurations available, including a standard vibrating grizzly feeder (VGF), pre screen options and an extended pan feeder with pre screen, the J 1280 provides the flexibility needed for contractors seeking high output with streamlined logistics.

While these machines are well established performers in the Finlay range, the brand will also bring new developments to CONEXPO in digital form. Finlay will preview the upcoming I 130 and I 130RS impact crushers, which will officially launch at Hillhead in June. CONEXPO visitors will be the first to see a full suite of supporting assets including videos, animations, photography, renders and brochures, alongside the debut showing of a 1:20 scale model of the I 130RS. The animation will also be shown publicly for the first time.

Finlay is further elevating its digital experience at the show through it significantly enhanced Terex Events App, a version unique to the Finlay brand. The app will feature real time 3D models of the I 130, I 130RS, J 1280, 694 and 694 Rinser, offering visitors an interactive way to explore machine capabilities in detail.

In addition, Finlay will run a special competition during CONEXPO for visitors to win the first 1:50 scale model of the 883+, currently in prototype development and expected to be commercially available by June 2026.

Matt Dickson, Business Line Director for Finlay, said: “Our team takes great pride in bringing machines such as the 883+ and the J 1280 to the global stage that is CONEXPO. These models represent the engineering excellence and dedication that define the Finlay brand. This year, we’re also showcasing much more across the stand, reflecting the depth of innovation and customer focused development happening across the business. We welcome visitors to experience this first hand on the Terex Booth, Silver Lot (SV2357), where our team will be available throughout the week to discuss applications, performance benefits and technology advancements.”
