Aerzen Turbo – Ideal solution for the cement industry
The AERZEN turbo blowers of the G5plus series are among the most compact and efficient turbo machines of their class and thus open up enormous efficiency and performance advantages for the cooling and combustion air supply in the cement and lime industry. Compared to conventional turbo technology, the energy efficiency is up to 10 % higher, and compared to displacement machines, such as positive displacement blowers, savings of up to 30 % can even be achieved. Other highlights of the oil-free packages are the new multilevel frequency converter technology, the extended bearing life thanks to innovative AERZEN air foil bearings with double coating, the low-noise operation of 72 – 73 db(A) and the minimal maintenance effort. Thanks to the compact design, the footprint also saves approx. 60 % of the space required compared to a conventional blower.
New Delta Hybrid series
With the Delta Hybrid, AERZEN offers an innovative solution for the pneumatic conveying of sensitive, powdery and granular media. The rotary lobe compressors or screw blowers stand for maximum energy efficiency, minimum life cycle costs, 100% pure and reliable process air and high durability even under extreme conditions. Now AERZEN has expanded the successful series with a new range of four package sizes. The new additions cover volume flows from approx. 2 to 30 m³/min and drive powers from 7.5 to 55 kW and achieve enormous energy savings of up to 30 % compared to a conventional positive displacement blower. Thanks to ATEX certification and hygienic design, the Delta Hybrid machines can be used without any problems in both highly critical, explosive and particularly hygiene-sensitive working environments.
AERprogress – Tailored digital services
The new IIoT platform AERprogress takes AERZEN compressors, turbos and blowers into the digital age. Whether worldwide Machine Park Management or increasing the energy efficiency, availability and reliability of high-performance machines: thanks to AERprogress, users can optimise the performance, maintenance and costs of their AERZEN packages quickly, easily and economically. AERprogress uses existing machine and sensor data of the plant and enables statements to be made about failure probabilities, operating states, trends and optimisation possibilities. Costly sensor technology on the process air packages can be dispensed with. As a scalable solution, AERprogress is available for different application scenarios, such as energy efficiency optimisation, live monitoring or predictive maintenance.
