Ecutec Barcelona S.L.

The ECUTEC Alpha Classifiers (Fig.) are successfully in operation with ball mill and impact mill systems for over a decade and earned their fame through extreme high yields, low energy consumption and sharp clean top cuts. Now this classifier is also available for pendular roller mills (i.  e. Raymond Mill) as a tool to improve product quality and quantity up to 30  % compared to standard classifier types. Even though the standard robust design is absolutely suitable for the pendular roller mills, ECUTEC improved the calm run of the classifier further by detaching the classifier head from the milling part by means of a compensator. The Alpha head is available for all standard sizes of roller mills and is easy to install. This machine can be used for all minerals (soft to hard) due to its different choices of materials (steel and ceramics).
