Since 1998 the HAVER Hydro-Clean® has been successful in the market. It is used for wet cleaning of building materials and other materials heavily interspersed or contaminated with loam and clay. Meanwhile HAVER & BOECKER launched the third generation of the HAVER Hydro-Clean® on to the market. The goal of updating was to use less components in order to achieve a price reduction for the customer and to simplify the functionality of the machine. Furthermore, the new model has a more compact design. To maintain the functionality had top priority during the updating. They also achieved a reduction of the machine dimensions to container size within the framework of the improvements. Nothing has changed as regards the advantages concerning the operating costs: Operating in closed-circuit, only 0.1 to 0.2 m³/h of water are needed to clean one ton of heavily contaminated feed material with a low energy consumption of 0.3 to 0.5 kWh. With the optimized technology, a machine concept is now available that minimizes the impact on the environment and that makes it possible to obtain marketable products even from highly contaminated materials.
