New power in drive – the INNODRIVE

dsb Maschinenbau GmbH based in Linz/Austria developed the INNODRIVE as a new drive concept to be premièred at the Mawev Show 2012. With the new INNODRIVE, an even higher output is achieved. All dsb INNOCRUSH machines (Fig.) are deliberately designed as simple machines, that is any unnecessary, fault-prone features being omitted. Nevertheless dsb features like remote control, magnetic metal separator, side discharge conveyor, diesel filling pump and dust suppression system, and even an application engineer for training are included. The customer is supplied with a fully-equipped machine at a good price without additional costs. The dsb ­INNOCRUSH machines are continuously enhanced. For example, the fully lowerable main conveyor belt and the hinged swing-open motor housing guarantee optimal ease of maintenance. “Recycling and therefore the requirements for crushers have radically changed in recent years. As it is often necessary to work in very confined spaces, compact and high-capacity machines are needed,” explains Dipl.-Ing. Durstmüller, Managing Director at dsb Maschinenbau GmbH.
