Processing material for recycling with dsb innocrush

Kornburger Abbruch und Erdbau e.K., a company founded in Betzenstein/Bavaria in 1965, stands for customer-oriented, flexible integrated solutions for demolition work, soil stabilization, earthwork and paving, sewer and road construction and, naturally, for recycling too. The company has been using INNOCRUSH machines for several years now. The machines are operated under the toughest conditions. Recently dsb innocrush delivered what is now the fourth INNOCRUSH 30 to the company.

Back in 2006 the company opted to buy a mobile rock crusher from dsb. “The quality, performance, and design of the crusher, but particularly the unique service package and the exceptional partnership-based cooperation with the dsb team convinced us,” says Managing Director Lothar Kornburger. At the moment, the INNOCRUSH 30 is used for processing material for recycling (Fig.). For a feed size of 0–500 mm, the machine driven by a CAT-C7 motor operates at a crushing rate up to 300 t/h. In addition, the optimum access to all components, the hydraulically lowered main discharge belt and the innovative drive concept (INNODRIVE) make the work easier.
