Kornelius Thimm (Fig.), a production engineer, and a colleague from Aarhus, Denmark, now comprise the team for the Customer Support Competence Center for the BEUMER Group’s 20 regional companies around the world. Thimm also heads Customer Support at headquarters in Beckum. Here, backed by a team of over 50 employees, he is laying the technical and organizational foundation for services for BEUMER products. “We make a special effort to identify and implement useful additional services, in this way creating added value for our customers and gaining their trust over the long term,” explains Thimm.
