Concentrated force and huge output

dsb innocrush, the specialist for crushers in the range from 30 to 50 tons, supplied the newly designed INNOCRUSH 35 including mounted screen frame INNOSCREEN IS2 to Arnstorf/Germany (Fig. 1). The Arnstorf-based company Brandhuber Verwaltungs GmbH in the south of Germany is known as a competent partner with a modern equipment fleet for professional recycling, demolition and earthwork. “Economic and environmentally friendly work has the highest priority for us. Therefore, we need equipment meeting these requirements”, said Thomas Brandhuber, the managing director. “We have closely examined the most different plants and dsb innocrush has convinced us. The above machine has been optimally designed, has a high output and is impressive due to excellent workmanship”, continued the new owner. Furthermore, it is important for Brandhuber to streamline the operational procedures and to become more flexible and independent of subcontractors. With the new dsb innocrush 35 it is possible to reduce the working time of the crushers and also the staff at site, which, in turn, means a clear reduction of costs (Fig. 2).

Recenty dsb Maschinenbau GmbH could further optimize the linear design of their equipment. The longer discharge belt of 10 000 mm smoothly discharges the crushed material, and the improved discharge height of 3400 mm results in additional advantages. Now the plant delivers an exactly defined grain due to the mounted screen frame with a screening surface of 1500 x 2800 m and a discharge height of 2900 mm as well as due to the swivelling return belt. The oversize fraction is returned to the circuit or is laterally discharged to the pile.

The once again improved compact dimensions of the plants from dsb innocrush are still a great advantage enabling simple and quick handling (Fig. 3). After discharging, additional and time-consuming mounting is no longer required. The operating dimensions are identical with the handling dimensions. Only the main discharge belt is unfolded hydraulically.
