In addition to new innovations also well-tried products
REMBE is very satisfied with this year’s SOLIDS Dortmund. The visitors paid intensive attention to both the new innovations, such as the EHEDG certified rupture disk EX-GO-VENT HYP, and also to established products such as the belt weigher UNIBAND.
UNIBAND has already been part of the product range of the company for some years and there has been a constant high demand (Fig.). “Amongst other things, during the fair, there were inquiries from mine companies dealing with the extraction of salt or coal. For these sectors there are only a few belt weighers on the market, which can permanently meet the requirements of the harsh local conditions”, said Markus Schulz, Team Manager of Measurement Technology at REMBE.
Above all, the belt weigher UNIBAND differs from other scales of its kind due to the material used. They exclusively use high-quality special steel, therefore, the frame of the weigher is extremely rugged and resistant. The wear-free design leads to long-term stability and a very good measuring accuracy. Influence of the weather and corrosion are not relevant. The low mounting height of the UNIBAND makes installation possible in narrow conveyor belts.
“The SOLIDS Dortmund 2014 was a complete success for our UNIBAND. The customers have already received the offers and first visits at locations in and outside Europe have been planned”, explained Markus Schulz.
