Know how!

Dear Readers,

Dust is a serious problem, especially in the bulk solids industry. Often, minor adjustments and auxiliary equipment help to achieve a major effect. Please read the article starting on page 44 on the topic: ”Modular concept for individual adaptation – Reducing the load of dust by safely loading”.

For most production processes, the homogeneity of the bulk material used is crucial. This can be controlled by appropriate stockpiling, storage, and removal. The article ”Storage, mixing and homogenisation – design of blending beds“ deals with a design algorithm based on the Chevron stockpiling variant. Please read the article starting on p. 50.
