Part-Ceramic Pulley Lagging Assures Conveying Rate

At a potash deposit in Ronnenberg, Kali- und Salzwerk Zielitz extracts 12 mill. t crude potash salt yearly, from a depth of 500 to 1,300 m. The crude potash salt is then processed by means of flotation and hot dissolution to potash fertilizers for agriculture and industrial salts for the chemicals industry. With an around 1,600-strong workforce, the plant is one of the biggest employers in the north of the German state of Saxony-Anhalt.
