The relaunch of the dsb innocrush plants last year was and is a great success. “Our customers are totally enthusiastic, our order books are filled bulging”, says Dipl.-Ing. Dieter Durstmüller, CEO of the Upper Austrian successful company. Also, Alois Fiechtner, Managing Director of Fiechtner Erdbau GmbH, is convinced of his new innocrush 35. His company was founded in 1988 and has developed into a regional specialist for demolition and earthmoving works. “We often work under the most difficult conditions. Therefore, we need a crusher which is absolutely reliable and delivers the highest output. I do not need any unnecessary electronics, that is much too error-prone. Compact and simple in handling – so a crusher must be!“ says Fiechtner!
The innocrush 35 meets precisely these requirements. It is powered by a powerful CAT C9 engine whose housing is hydraulically foldable. And additionally, the system has many sophisticated features that are worth to be mentioned separately: The main return conveyor can be hydraulically lowered and folded, which allows a simple screen cleaning of the surface. The walkways are now fixed components, so no time-consuming handling or disassembly is necessary for the transport.
Also, the vibrating feeder guarantees a continuous flow of material due to the continuous variable speed. The hopper with the framed sealing ensures optimum utilization of the complete capacity.
The screenbox is2 provides the highest level of screening performance, as well as large ground clearance and discharge height. The speed of the screen, but also of the cross and return conveyor can be continuously adjusted. Additionally, the return conveyor is slewable and therefore saves time-consuming, reloading of material.
