Eriez named Drew Hobert Global Mining Sales Director

Eriez^® has appointed Drew Hobert Global Mining Sales Director, strengthening the company’s leadership team across the global mining and minerals processing industry.

Hobert’s 12-year career at Eriez reflects the breadth and depth of experience he has developed within the company. He has held roles in engineering, operations, technical services, and business development, giving him a strong command of Eriez’ customers, products, and market position, along with the commercial and technical factors that shape customer needs.

In this position, Hobert will be instrumental in directing and coordinating the company’s mining sales activities. His responsibilities include supporting global sales strategy, driving regional alignment, engaging key customers, overseeing forecasting and pipeline development, and expanding opportunities across capital equipment, aftermarket, and service offerings.

Hobert holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech). His academic background, combined with his cross-functional experience and technical foundation, positions him to support continued alignment and expansion of Eriez’ mining operations worldwide.
