High-tech sorting technology

Best Toratec has presented a revolutionary new plant design, the patent pending EcoTowerSort^® concept, saving their customers a considerable amount of investment cost and reducing space requirements to the minimum. In the Best Toratec EcoTowerSort^® (Fig.), sorting machines are allocated vertically to a sorting tower. With various combinable sorting technologies, it saves space, investment costs, energy and achieves maximum sorting results. The material is fed into the system via a vibrating feeder. It is sorted online from top to bottom into the desired sorting fractions, depending on the sorting technologies applied in each sorting deck. Applicable sorting technologies are for example magnet, eddy currents, induction sensors, optical sensors and combinations of these. The material ejection can take place by means of air or mechanical paddles. Best Toratec sorters are offered at a very strong price-performance ratio and deliver excellent sorting qualities at high throughput rates, which will enable the company to continue its growth in the coming years.
