Expansion of management
At the beginning of 2012, NETZSCH Mohnopumpen GmbH appointed a second Managing Director: Dipl.-Kfm. (Graduate of Business Admin.) Jens Niessner joined ranks with Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing. (Graduate of Industrial Engineering) Felix Kleinert, who had been Managing Director for 12 years (Fig.). Jens Niessner, who has been part of the company since 2007, first as Head of “Controlling and Finances” and since 2010 as part of the 6‑member Management team, will be in charge of the so-called support processes. In addition to his previous area of responsibility, others now include Human Resources, Information Technology, Quality Management and Occupational Health and Safety. Felix Kleinert will continue managing the core processes of sales, production and logistics, product and technology management and the Netzsch Group’s Pumps & Systems business unit.
